Our mission is to help you create effective videos that help you grow your business.
I'm Tom, owner of Pickering Street Studios. I love helping businesses create effective, engaging videos that your clients and audience will love, appreicate and understand.
I want to help you create engaging videos that are simple but effective in letting people know about your business, and what your products or services can do to help them. Have you ever watched a promotional or product video where you've been confused about what the product actually is, or a hard time understanding how to use the product because something about the video was too distracting, or too quick? A lot of videos really struggle to get across the intended message.
This is where I came in. I asked myself questions like "what makes a really good video?" and "what do viewers really care about when watching a video?" By taking the time to really consider these questions, I've tried to figure out what makes an effective and engaging video, and where particular videos go wrong, allowing me to create better and more effective videos for my clients.
I don't claim what I'm doing or what I know is particularly revolutionary, but rather just not as well known. And that's why I started Pickering Street Studios - to help businesses create great videos, showcasing exactly what they do or offer, leading to more sales and conversations with potential and existing customers.

This is a no-pressure call to have a chat about you and your business, to get to know what you need a little bit better.
#2: Research what is working for other buisnesses.
No business exists in a bubble. We'll do some research and come up with some ideas to show you about what we can create.
#3: Plan the shoot and get all the resources we need sorted.
This includes helping with the script, finding the best location and getting all the tools together we'll need to create the best video.
#4: Film the video and capture everything we need.
#5: Edit the video to create the best showcase possible.
#6: Deliver the video and sort out any changes or revisions needed.
We'll shoot everything needed to create an awesome video for your business. We'll help make you comfortable behind the camera, and make sure your messsage is coming across in the right way.
We'll create an edit that brings all of the filming, planning and research together. We'll work with you to find the best music and feel for the video.
It doesn't just stop with delivering the video. We'll work through any changes needed, and work with you to create strategies to get your video seen in the right places.
