Cameras
It all starts with high-quality video capture in the camera. We use some of the best Sony cameras to make sure every detail is covered. And with a wide range of accessories, we can cover almost any type of shooting situation.
Audio
50% of the video experience is in the audio. We capture the best possible audio to make sure everything can be heard clearly. And if you're looking to live performances, we can provide up to 18 channels of multitracked, high quality audio.
Lighting
Lighting can make or break a video. The lights we use mean we can cover a huge range of lighting conditions, and we can also work well with existing natural light if you're looking for something a little more organic.

Frequently Asked Questions
How much do event videos cost?
This depends on your projects needs and requirements, and length of filming, as a full indepth event coverage video will take a lot longer to edit than a 1-minute event recap highlight video for social media, so it's best to get in touch to discuss what you're after. For a rough idea, 1 minute social media recap videos start at £200, 3-5 minute event highlight video start at £500 and full event coverage starts at £750.
What sorts of events do you cover?
We cover all sorts of events, from Conferences, Christmas Parties, Networking Events, Corporate Events, Birthday Parties, Award Ceremonies - you name it! We can also provide Live Performance Videography, too.
What locations and areas do you cover?
We're based in Chester, Cheshire, North-West UK, meaning we cover a lot of areas such as North Wales, Liverpool, Manchester, the Wirral, as well as all across the UK, and beyond. Travel is included in the price for areas within 20 miles of Cheshire, after that there will be an additional travel charge. For events further away, we may need to add on accomodation, too.
How long will the finished video be?
This depends on your individual project requirements. For shorter highlight event videos, shorter videos of 1-2 minutes work well, whilst more coverage may require a longer video of up to 10 minutes or more.
How many revisions are included?
We'll include 2 rounds of revisions with every project. In each round of revision, you can send over as many notes as you like, and we'll do our best to work through them as needed. After the 2 revisions are up, there will be an additional charge for further edits and changes.
How long does it take for the final video?
This depends on the sort of video you'd like us to create. For shorter highlight reels, we can get these finished within a week of the event. Longer recap videos may require up to 4 weeks before the editing is completed, although usually it's much sooner.
Can you make different edits for social media?
Absolutely! We know how important it is to keep on top of your social media game! We'll include different edits for different social media platforms, including vertical video for instagram reels and TikTok.

Can you record audio from the event?
Yes! We pride ourselves on being able to capture high quality audio from events. So, if you've got speeches or live performances, you can rest assured these will be captured in high quality, and used in the final edit where appropiate.
Will the video include music?
When it comes to editing, we'll include a selection of high quality copyright free music to go with your video for you to choose from.
